Return Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.<\/li><li>Clothing items must be in their original, sealed packaging with the manufacturer&#8217;s seal intact.<\/li><li>Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.<\/li><li>Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.<\/li><li>Sale items and personalized\/custom orders are not eligible for return.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How to Initiate a Return<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contact our customer service team at info@zongzhensm.com with your order number and reason for return.<\/li><li>Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.<\/li><li>Pack the item securely in its original packaging.<\/li><li>Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.<\/li><\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not return items without first contacting us.
